Suderman & Young Towing Company – Sr. VP Steve Randall to serve as 2021 President of the Texas Waterway Operators Association (TWOA)

Texas Waterway Operators Association (TWOA) is a trade association that works to promote the interests of companies operating on waterways in the state of Texas. TWOA is composed of owners of towing vessels, tank barges, harbor tugs and marine fueling services. TWOA offers networking and legislative advocacy. Steve served TWOA as Secretary Treasurer in 2018, Vice-President in 2019, and President in 2020. The COVID crisis interrupted the group from meeting regularly in 2020, so on Dec. 1, 2020, the members voted to extend the current officers terms through December 31, 2021. TWOA members currently meet virtually on the first Tuesday of each month.
